Excellent customer service

I initially ordered the sweater as part of a bigger order, and unfortunately, it was snagged (maybe in the packaging) but it was so comfy I hated to cough up the loss, so I took a picture and sent itsnomb a message right away. They sent me a brand new one and its perfect!
