Red white & blue sweater

It’s very pretty but it’s seems the knit is cheap, I washed it by itself, it had string/yarn hanging from the side seam and little yarn pieces which looks like the yarn loosened up and sticking out making it look like lent which it’s not. It appears to be cheaply made for the price. It’s also very oversized so size down
